Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Tile Style! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible so you can spend less time waiting and more time around the table.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During product launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $200 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer products for pre-order.

Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory is received. Estimated arrival dates listed on product pages are based on information provided by our suppliers and are subject to change.

While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, delays can occasionally occur. If a pre-order is expected to arrive later than originally estimated, we will notify you with an update as soon as we receive new information.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.

Event Registrations & Digital Products

Mahjong lessons, open play sessions, guided play events, private event deposits, and other event registrations do not require shipping and will not incur shipping charges.

Confirmation details will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. The Tile Style is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday periods, carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We encourage customers to place gift orders early. Holiday shipping deadlines will be communicated on our website and through email when applicable.
